Agreeing to these Terms

Using WuH5 Game means accepting these Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the site. You need to be legally capable of entering this agreement, and a minor should have a parent or guardian's supervision where local rules require it.

No account is needed to browse or comment, so these Terms apply from the moment you load a page.

What the site provides

WuH5 Game offers a browsable catalog, independently written game guides, category shelves, search, an optional favorites list stored on your own device, comment forms, and pages that embed browser games operated by their original providers.

A guide describes a title as we reviewed it. It is not a warranty about the provider's current build, its controls, its device support, the advertising inside it or whether it will still be online tomorrow.

What you may do

Read and share the public pages, use the guides for personal and informational purposes, save favorites in your browser, open the games available through the site's interface, and post genuine comments that follow these Terms.

Quoting a short passage of a guide with a link back to the page it came from is fine. Republishing guides wholesale, or scraping the catalog to rebuild it elsewhere, is not.

What you may not do

• Do not disrupt, overload, probe, damage or work around the site, its security measures, its release schedule, its rate limits or its access controls.
• Do not use automated tools to harvest content or submit comments in a way that burdens the service or ignores its technical restrictions.
• Do not post unlawful, deceptive, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, infringing, private, promotional, spam or malicious content.
• Do not impersonate another person or misstate your identity, authority, affiliation, ownership or the basis of a request.
• Do not attempt to inject scripts, markup, links, malware, tracking code or files through a comment or any other input.
• Do not use this site or an embedded game in a way that breaks applicable law or the game provider's own terms.

Comments and moderation

You are responsible for what you submit and must have the right to share it. Comments take a display name and plain text only, are limited in length and frequency, and are checked automatically before publication, so a submission may be held for review rather than appearing at once. Publication is never guaranteed.

You keep whatever rights you hold in your comment and grant WuH5 Game a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, display, moderate and remove it as needed to run and protect the comment feature on the relevant game page.

We may hold, reject or delete a comment, keep the related moderation evidence, or block further submissions, where that is reasonably necessary for safety, spam prevention, compliance or enforcement of these Terms.

Third-party games, artwork and links

The playable builds, their artwork, any advertising inside them and the external destinations we link to are supplied by third parties who control their own content, availability, purchases, advertising and data handling. Game names, characters and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

A listing, an embed or a link is not ownership, sponsorship, endorsement or partnership. Use those services at your own discretion, and read the provider's terms before buying anything or handing over information.

Our own material and rights requests

The editorial writing, page structure, branding and code of WuH5 Game are protected to the extent the law allows. Every guide on this site was written for it, and copying that writing without permission is not covered by these Terms.

Availability, scheduling and corrections

Games are published on a staged schedule and can be added, rescheduled, corrected, restricted or withdrawn at any time, including titles held back after editorial review. We do not promise uninterrupted service, a fixed release order, permanent availability of an embedded game, compatibility with every browser or device, or that a provider will leave a game unchanged.

Editorial and technical corrections may be made without notice. Favorites live only in your browser, so clearing site data, changing device or withdrawing Functional consent removes them and we cannot restore them.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent the law permits, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Rights that cannot lawfully be waived are unaffected.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law permits, WuH5 Game and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of the site, from relying on a guide, from losing locally stored preferences, or from any interaction with a third-party game, advertisement, purchase or link.

Nothing here excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

Restriction and termination

We may limit access, block submissions or remove content when someone breaks these Terms, threatens the service or another person, abuses a site feature, or creates legal or security risk. Provisions that by their nature should outlast your use of the site remain in force.

Changes, severability and contact

These Terms are updated as the site and its obligations change, and the date at the top identifies the current version. If a provision turns out to be unenforceable, the remainder still applies. Continuing to use the site after an update takes effect indicates acceptance where that is permitted.
