Where to write
Everything reaches the same inbox, so nothing gets lost between departments. Put the topic in the subject line, keep the detail in the message, and expect a reply to the address you write from.
Include the URL of the page you are writing about whenever there is one. It is the fastest way for us to find the record behind it.

Tell us what you expected and what happened instead. The details that turn a report into a fix are:
- The game name and the WuH5 Game page URL.
- Whether it affects loading, controls, sound, display, mobile play or the accuracy of the written guide.
- Your browser, your device type and any error message you can see.
- Roughly when it happened and what you did just before it.
- A screenshot, if it shows no personal accounts, notifications or private details.
Rights, trademarks and removals
Rights holders and their authorized representatives can ask us to review a listing, a thumbnail, an embedded build, a trademark reference or a passage of editorial writing. Identify the protected work, the affected URL, your relationship to the rights holder, the outcome you are asking for and a reliable way to reach you.
A listing can be restricted while a credible legal, safety or ownership question is open, and titles that fail that review stay off the public site.
Comment reviews
To have a comment re-examined or taken down, give the game page, the display name that was used and either the comment text or an approximate submission time. Comments carry no accounts, so those three details are what identify a record.
Reports of spam, abuse, personal information or content that breaks the Terms are read the same way, whether or not the comment is yours.
Privacy requests
Say which right you want to exercise and include only what we need to locate the relevant record. Favorites and cookie choices live in your own browser and can be cleared by you at any time from Cookie Settings in the footer, so those never need a request to us.
Never send passwords, payment card details, government identifiers or unrelated sensitive information by email.
Advertising and business
Advertising, syndication and partnership inquiries should name the organization, the placement or service proposed, the destination URL and what is being offered. We do not take arrangements that depend on misleading claims, advertising disguised as editorial content, unsafe downloads or influence over how a game is reviewed.
