Who this covers
This policy covers wuh5game.com: the home page, the category shelves, game guides, search, favorites, Cookie Settings, the information pages and the comment forms. WuH5 Game operates those pages.
It does not govern the playable games themselves. Those are loaded from the providers that host them, and each provider applies its own policy inside its own frame.
What you send us on purpose
Email reaches us with your address, your message and any attachment you add. A comment reaches us with the display name and the plain-text comment you typed, and nothing else: the form accepts only those two fields, and the posting time, the comment identifier and the avatar are assigned by our server.
There is no registration, no login, no profile and no newsletter on this site, so we hold no account records. Keep passwords, payment details, government identifiers and other sensitive information out of email and comments.
What arrives automatically
Serving a page involves ordinary request data such as your IP address, browser and device information, the URL requested, referral information, timestamps and error details. That is used to deliver pages, keep the site secure, diagnose failures and stop abuse.
The comment form adds its own protections: a same-origin check, a request-size limit, a submission rate limit per address, automated content screening, and a one-way keyed fingerprint computed from your IP address and browser identifier. The fingerprint cannot be reversed into either value, is used only for moderation and abuse investigation, and is never shown next to a published comment.
Cookies
Essential browser storage holds a versioned record of the choice you make in Cookie Settings, plus what is needed for security and for the pages you request. It is set because the site cannot honour your decision without remembering it.
Functional storage is optional and currently powers one feature: the favorites list, which keeps the game identifiers you save in your own browser and is never transmitted to us. Withdrawing Functional consent deletes that list from your device.
Analytics, Advertising and Personalization are optional and stay switched off until you turn them on. No analytics service and no advertising script is loaded on this site today, so those categories currently set nothing. Withdrawing one of them removes the first-party keys and cookies reserved for it and stops any future optional loading.
If Google advertising is later enabled here, third-party vendors including Google use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites, and Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. Those cookies may also support ad delivery, reporting, frequency capping, fraud detection and personalization.
Third-Party Advertising
No advertising network is serving ads on WuH5 Game at present. Google AdSense is the intended provider once publisher approval is granted, and the pages below describe what Google's advertising technology does when it is active.
Once Google ad code is enabled and the required permission exists, Google and participating advertising partners may set or read cookies and similar identifiers, use IP addresses and web beacons, serve contextual or personalized ads, measure performance, cap repeated ads and detect invalid traffic. Adding any other vendor means updating this policy and the consent categories first.
Personalized Google advertising will not be switched on for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland unless a Google-certified consent management platform with the applicable IAB Transparency and Consent Framework integration is in place.
User Choices and Opt-Out
Cookie Settings sits in the footer of every page. Open it to accept all optional categories, reject everything non-essential, save a category-by-category choice, or withdraw a permission you granted earlier. Nothing about the catalog, the guides, search or the games depends on saying yes.
Your browser gives you a second layer of control: blocking or clearing cookies and site data removes the consent record, the favorites list and anything an optional category stored. Clearing the consent record simply brings the banner back.
Google Ads Settings turns off personalized advertising from Google across the services that use it, and the AboutAds choices tool covers a set of participating companies. Opting out does not remove advertising altogether where it is running; it leaves contextual ads based on the page you are reading rather than a profile built from your history.
Embedded games and outside services
Opening a play page loads the game from its host, currently GameMonetize, directly into a frame in your browser. That host receives its own request data and can run its own cookies, advertising, analytics, saved progress and interactive features under its own policy. We limit what referrer information is passed, but once the provider's content is loaded we do not control its storage or what it displays.
Catalog artwork is requested through this site from the image host rather than loaded by your browser from a third-party address. Links to outside services open providers with separate privacy practices, so read their notices before using optional features or entering information.
Comments that appear publicly
A published comment shows the display name that was typed, the comment text, the server-assigned time and an avatar image picked from this site's own avatar set. Nobody on this site is authenticated, and no comment should be read as coming from a verified person or from WuH5 Game itself.
Screening can hold a submission unpublished for review, and a comment can be rejected or removed for spam, abuse, unsafe content, legal concerns or a breach of the Terms. Moderation records connected to a held or removed comment are kept while they remain useful for enforcement. Write to us to ask for a review or a removal.
Keeping and protecting information
Support correspondence, comments, moderation records and abuse-prevention evidence are kept only as long as reasonably needed to run the feature, answer requests, maintain security, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. Consent records and favorites are not on our servers at all; they stay on your device until you change or clear them.
Comment data is written with per-game serialization and atomic file replacement so concurrent submissions cannot corrupt or drop each other. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, while recognizing that no site or transmission method can promise absolute security.
Children, regional rights and cross-border processing
WuH5 Game is a general-audience catalog and is not built to knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information can contact us and ask for it to be removed.
